1. General Information

By booking any service, purchasing products, or participating in activities offered by Alghanja Surf, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all surf lessons, tours, rentals, events, and purchases made through our website, physical location, or authorized representatives.

It is the responsibility of all customers to read and understand these terms before making a booking or purchase.

2. Booking and Payment

​

To confirm and secure your reservation, a 30% deposit is required at the time of booking.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their confirmation email and booking details immediately after receiving them. Any errors must be reported to Alghanja Surf as soon as possible. Failure to notify us of mistakes will be considered acceptance of the booking details as correct.

The remaining balance must be paid before the scheduled activity or within the specified payment deadline.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Bank Transfer

• Credit / Debit Card (processing fee may apply)

• Cash

​

For certain bookings, identification or legal documentation may be required.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they comply with local laws, travel requirements, and regulations.

3. Shop Purchases (Retail Products)

​

Alghanja Surf operates an online and/or physical shop selling surf equipment, apparel, and accessories.

All product purchases are subject to the following conditions:

​

• Prices are displayed in the applicable currency and may change without prior notice

• Orders are processed after payment confirmation

• Products are subject to availability

• Delivery times may vary depending on location and shipping conditions

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details

 

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if necessary.

4. Returns and Exchanges (Shop)

​

Returns or exchanges may be accepted under the following conditions:

​

• The item must be unused

• The item must be in original condition

• The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product

• Proof of purchase is required

Refunds may exclude shipping or transaction fees.

Certain items may be non-returnable, including:

​

• Used equipment

• Personalized items

• Hygiene-sensitive products

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy (Services)

​

Cancellation requests will be handled as follows:

More than 30 days before the activity:

​

• Full refund of the deposit minus transaction fees

Between 30 and 14 days before the activity:

• Customers may reschedule free of charge
  OR

• 30% of the total booking amount will be forfeited

Less than 14 days before the activity:

• Rescheduling may be allowed with an administrative fee
  OR

• The full booking amount may be charged

All refund processing fees and transaction costs are non-refundable.

6. Health and Fitness Requirements

​

To participate in surf lessons or water activities, participants must:

• Be in good physical health

• Have basic swimming ability

• Be capable of staying afloat in open water

• Follow instructor safety guidance

Participants under 18 years old must have parental or guardian consent.

It is the responsibility of the participant to inform Alghanja Surf of:

​

• Medical conditions

• Injuries

• Allergies

• Physical limitations

​

before participating in any activity.

​

7. Insurance

​

We strongly recommend that all participants obtain personal insurance coverage that includes:

​

• Water sports activities

• Injuries

• Medical emergencies

• Trip cancellations

​

Alghanja Surf is not responsible for medical expenses, personal injury, or loss of personal belongings.

8. Injuries and Medical Situations

​

Safety is our priority; however, surfing and water activities carry inherent risks.

If a participant is unable to attend a scheduled activity due to injury or medical reasons, we may provide documentation confirming the booking to support an insurance claim.

9. Behavior and Conduct

​

All participants and customers are expected to behave respectfully and follow instructions from staff.

Alghanja Surf reserves the right to:

​

• Refuse service

• Remove participants from activities

• Cancel bookings

​

in cases of unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior.

No refund will be provided in such situations.

10. Equipment Use

​

Alghanja Surf may provide surfboards, safety gear, and related equipment for activities.

Participants are responsible for:

​

• Using equipment properly

• Following instructor guidance

• Reporting any damage immediately

​

Alghanja Surf is not responsible for injuries resulting from misuse of equipment.

Customers may be charged for lost or damaged equipment.

11. Schedule and Activity Changes

​

All activities, lessons, and tours may be modified, delayed, or canceled due to:

​

• Weather conditions

• Ocean conditions

• Safety concerns

• Operational requirements

Alghanja Surf will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative arrangements whenever possible.

12. Liability Waiver

​

Participation in surfing and water activities involves inherent risks.

All participants may be required to sign a liability waiver acknowledging these risks before taking part in any activity.

13. Photography and Media

​

Alghanja Surf may take photos or videos during activities for marketing and promotional purposes.

By participating, you grant permission for the use of such media unless you notify us in writing that you do not wish to be photographed or recorded.

14. Force Majeure

​

Alghanja Surf is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or service interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

​

• Severe weather

• Natural disasters

• Government restrictions

• Political unrest

• Emergencies

​

Refunds may not be issued in such circumstances.

​

15. Privacy Policy

​

Personal information collected during booking or purchase will be used only for operational and communication purposes.

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties except when required by law or necessary to deliver services.
