Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

All orders placed through the Alghanja Surf Shop are processed after payment confirmation.

Order processing typically takes:


1–2 business days

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Customers will receive a confirmation message once the order has been successfully placed and another notification when the order has been shipped or is ready for pickup.

2. Shipping Locations

 

Alghanja Surf currently offers shipping to:

  • All regions within Oman

  • Selected international destinations (if available)

If shipping is not available to your location, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative solution.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on location and courier availability.

Within Oman

  • Muscat area: 1–2 business days

  • Other regions in Oman: 2–4 business days

International Shipping (if applicable)

  • GCC countries: 3–7 business days

  • Other countries: 7–14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Customs clearance

  • Courier delays

  • Remote delivery locations

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Package size and weight

  • Shipping method selected

Shipping fees will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

  • In-store pickup

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive:

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Customer unavailability

  • Failure to respond to courier

The order may be:

  • Returned to Alghanja Surf

  • Rescheduled for delivery

  • Subject to additional delivery charges

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

7. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or lost during delivery, please contact us within:

48 hours of receiving the order

Please provide:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos of the damaged item (if applicable)

We will investigate the issue and provide a suitable solution, which may include:

  • Replacement

  • Store credit

  • Refund (if approved)

8. International Shipping and Customs

For international orders:

Customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Clearance fees

  • Local regulations

Delivery times may be extended due to customs processing.

Alghanja Surf is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

9. Order Changes and Cancellation

Orders may be modified or canceled only if they have not yet been shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Customers should contact us immediately if changes are required.
