At Alghanja Surf, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase and service. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which products may be returned, exchanged, or refunded for items purchased from our shop or services booked through our website.
By purchasing from Alghanja Surf, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
2. Returns Eligibility (Shop Products)
Customers may request a return or exchange if the following conditions are met:

We reserve the right to inspect returned items before approving a refund or exchange.

Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., swimwear worn in water)

4. Exchanges
Customers may request an exchange for:

Incorrect item received
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested replacement item costs more, the customer must pay the price difference.
5. Refunds
Refunds may be issued in the following situations:

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within:

7. Order Cancellation (Shop)
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been shipped or prepared.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Deposits
All booking deposits are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.
Customer Cancellation
More than 30 days before the scheduled activity:

Deposit refund may be issued minus transaction fees
14 to 30 days before the activity:

Customers may reschedule the booking
OR -
Up to 30% of the total booking amount may be charged
Less than 14 days before the activity:

Booking may be rescheduled with an administrative fee
OR -
The full booking amount may be charged
9. No-Show Policy
If a customer fails to attend a scheduled lesson, tour, or event without prior notice:

The booking will be considered a No-Show

No refund will be issued
10. Weather and Safety Cancellations
If an activity is canceled by Alghanja Surf due to:

Unsafe weather
-
Ocean conditions
-
Safety concerns
-
Operational reasons
Customers will be offered:

Rescheduling to another date
OR -
Credit for future use
Refunds may be provided at the discretion of management.
11. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible.
